When that didn't help the Rep transferred me to tier 2 again. When I contacted them for the 2nd time, I was told to do a clean boot again.
After that, I decided to contact them on my Husband's PC Live Help then asked me to try a clean boot, which didn't help and upset me because I waited 40+ mins to chat to a tier 2 rep. Live Help told me clear my Temp files, which didn't help. The first person didn't help and then escalated me to tier 2.
